Family Mediation Fees

Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAM):

Before you start mediation or if you need to make an application to court you will be required to attend one of these meetings.

• Our fees are £120 per person
• Meeting with you alone either online video such as Zoom or 'in  person' (maybe additional fees for venue hire)
• Conducted by an accredited family mediator who is a member of The Family Mediation Council
• At least 45 minutes but up to 60 minutes meeting with up to 30 minutes preparation & follow-up work
• Expert support to enable you to understand the mediation process and decide if mediation is the right path for you.
• Includes letter or email and phone call to one other potential participant.

 

Pre Mediation Meeting for Community or Workplace Disputes:

• Our fees are £120 per person
• Meeting with each party alone either online video such as Zoom or 'in  person' (maybe additional fees for venue hire)
• Conducted by an accredited mediator who is a member of College of Mediators and The Family Mediation Council
• Up to 60 minutes meeting & up to 30 minutes preparation & follow-up work
• Expert support to enable you to understand the mediation process and decide if mediation is the right path for you.
• Includes letter or email and phone call to one other potential participant.

 

 Mediation:

• Our fees are £150 per person for a 1.5 - 2.0 hour meeting
• Meeting with you and the other party involved, either online or 'in person' (maybe additional fees for venue hire)
• An opportunity to reach a resolution of the issues that you face.

 

Mediation Outcome Documents:

Our fees are charged at £130 per hour for preparing mediation outcome documents such as:  a memorandum of understanding, open financial statement, parenting plan or outcome summary.
